Rajabaji Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Bet Placement & Cancellation:

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in certain exceptional circumstances — such as a match cancellation or venue change — rajabaji reserves the right to void or adjust bets at its own discretion.

Match Abandonment or Rescheduling:

• If a match has not started, or fewer than 20 overs have been bowled, the bet will be declared void and the stake refunded
• If a match is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours, the bet will be void
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid
• If odds are displayed incorrectly (clearly erroneous pricing), rajabaji reserves the right to void the affected bet

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit amount ৳500

• You must use only your own payment method
• Payments via third parties are not accepted

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Processed in an average of 5–10 minutes via bKash and Nagad
• Withdrawals are only available from accounts with completed KYC verification
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit

Rajabaji's bonus system is designed to give members added value. However, there are important conditions around bonus usage that you should be aware of.

Welcome Bonus terms:

• A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit (up to a specified maximum amount)
• A wagering requirement (x20) must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn
• Bonus conditions must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus
• Each member is eligible for the Welcome Bonus once only

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses cannot be used to participate in cashback offers
• Only one bonus can be active at a time — bonuses cannot be combined
• rajabaji reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will be subject to investigation

The following activities are strictly prohibited to ensure a safe and fair experience for all rajabaji members.

• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform using software or other means
• Using bots or automated software to place bets
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
• Unauthorised access to another member's account
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software
• Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other members
• Spreading false or misleading information on the platform

Rajabaji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

Automatic Void Reasons:

• If false registration information is proven
• If multiple accounts are operated
• If bonus abuse is detected
• If you engage in any prohibited activity listed under Section 06
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months)

Members may close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining valid balance before requesting account closure.

Rajabaji provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for uninterrupted service, we accept no liability for the following.

• If a bet is missed due to loss of internet connection
• Due to delays caused by third-party payment gateways
• For service unavailability during server maintenance
• Due to issues with the user's own device or network connection
• For financial losses from betting — betting always carries risk
